How long does it take to raise £50K?

It depends on your effort and route. Some raise quickly, others need longer — either way, we support you until you hit it.

Is £50K the cap?

No. £50K is your first milestone. These strategies can scale to £100K, £250K, £500K+ depending on how you apply them

Do I need experience to raise funding?

No. You’ll learn how to structure your approach even as a beginner.

What if I need help beyond the sessions?

You get access to the director and team in-programme via WhatsApp, with ongoing support until you raise.

What if I don’t have much experience in property?

Lots of our clients were in the same position and this is what REAL PRO was built for. Whether you’re brand new or looking to scale, we provide the systems and support so you don’t waste years figuring it out on your own. We do provide education for you, where you learn along the way and sometimes that is the best way.

What risks should I be aware of?

All property investment carries risk. Anyone who tells you otherwise is lying. We mitigate with conservative numbers, rigorous due diligence, and experienced oversight but no one can remove risk entirely. What we do is help you avoid the common mistakes that cost most investors dearly and ensure the deals we provide to you are best suited to your experience, finances and situation.

How many investors do you take on?

We only onboard a limited number of clients each quarter. This ensures deal flow, refurb capacity, and support levels remain high for every investor in the programme.

Why don't you simply buy all the deals if they are so good?

We often get this question, but quite simply, we can't! We 1) source over £5-6+ million of property every month for our clients. Last year, we sourced over £50m in property for our clients! 2) We now focus on acquisitions of portfolios. We recently concluded a 100-unit portfolio in Aberdeen and are in negotiations with another 50+ and 100-unit portfolios, so our cash is all focused on these and other developments we have in the pipeline.
