We regularly source BMV opportunities and present them with full transparency. While availability varies by market and time, we only share deals that meet strict criteria for our clients. Quality always comes before quantity, and over the last 18+ months, our average discount has been 31% across the board on every client deal. No one else in the country can say the same.

Are you a training company?

No. We’re operators first. We actively buy, refurbish, and manage property ourselves. Real Pro provides you with access to our exclusive deals, advanced systems, and a dedicated power team. Yes, you’ll learn along the way, and we do have an online portal for all our education, webinars, live calls and any advanced finance or tax strategies, but that's simply to deter you from wasting 5-10k+ on red shiny objects. This isn’t theory, it’s execution.

How quickly could I buy my first property?

It depends on your capital readiness and goals, but most clients are able to move on their first opportunity within 30 days of joining, once onboarding and finance are in place. It really depends on your starting point and how quickly you, the seller and solicitors can move.

What areas do you cover?

We source and support deals across Scotland, from the major cities to the Shetlands. We match opportunities to your strategy and ensure due diligence is in place that protects your portfolio in the long-run.

What if I don’t have much experience in property?

Lots of our clients were in the same position and this is what REAL PRO was built for. Whether you’re brand new or looking to scale, we provide the systems and support so you don’t waste years figuring it out on your own. We do provide education for you, where you learn along the way and sometimes that is the best way.

What risks should I be aware of?

All property investment carries risk. Anyone who tells you otherwise is lying. We mitigate with conservative numbers, rigorous due diligence, and experienced oversight but no one can remove risk entirely. What we do is help you avoid the common mistakes that cost most investors dearly and ensure the deals we provide to you are best suited to your experience, finances and situation.

How many investors do you take on?

We only onboard a limited number of clients each quarter. This ensures deal flow, refurb capacity, and support levels remain high for every investor in the programme.

Why don't you simply buy all the deals if they are so good?

We get this question a lot, but we simply can't. We 1) source over £5+ million of property every month for our clients and 2) We now focus on acquisitions of portfolios. We just recently concluded on 100-unit portfolio in Aberdeen and are in negotiations with another 50+, and 100-unit portfolios, so our cash is all focused on this.
